It also has, as main partners, the Municipal Councils of Pa\u00fal, Porto Novo and Ribeira Grande in Santo Ant\u00e3o and Ribeira Brava and Tarrafal in S\u00e3o Nicolau, with AMUPAL &#8211; &#8211; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Mulheres do Planalto Leste de Santo Ant\u00e3o, AOTSN &#8211; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Operadores Tur\u00edsticos de S\u00e3o Nicolau and Instituto Superior de Ci\u00eancias Econ\u00f3micas e Empresariais &#8211; ISCEE.
