Il compte \u00e9galement, comme partenaires principaux, les Mairies de Pa\u00fal, Porto Novo et Ribeira Grande \u00e0 Santo Ant\u00e3o et Ribeira Brava et Tarrafal \u00e0 S\u00e3o Nicolau, avec l&rsquo;AMUPAL &#8211; Association des Femmes du Plateau Est de Santo Ant\u00e3o, l&rsquo;AOTSN &#8211; Association des Op\u00e9rateurs Touristiques de S\u00e3o Nicolau et l&rsquo;Institut Sup\u00e9rieur de Sciences \u00c9conomiques et Entrepreneuriales &#8211; ISCEE.
