The Visit São Nicolau website is an initiative of the EcoRaízes project, which has ADPM – Associação de Defesa do Património de Mértola as its promoter, in a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, through its delegations in Santo Antão and São Nicolau. It also has, as main partners, the Municipal Councils of Paúl, Porto Novo and Ribeira Grande in Santo Antão and Ribeira Brava and Tarrafal in São Nicolau, with AMUPAL – – Associação de Mulheres do Planalto Leste de Santo Antão, AOTSN – Associação de Operadores Turísticos de São Nicolau and Instituto Superior de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais – ISCEE. The Ministry of Tourism and Transport, the CCDR – Alentejo Regional Coordination and Development Commission, I.P., the FEUAlg – Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve, the FSST – Social Sustainability Fund for Tourism and the ICNF – Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests of Portugal are also partners in the project.
