The route starts in the center of Juncalinho, near Café Amália, follows the Main Route to Tope Simão where you can see the north and south coast of the coastline. At this point the route leaves the Main Route and follows the ridge line, with stunning views on both sides, reaching Tope de Chuva where it rejoins the Main Route and descends again to Juncalinho. On this descent, the union of mountains and sea is clearly visible in the landscape, along with the colorful little houses and the countless small volcanoes that line the coast.
